How does shipping work?

 

At T_niche all online orders are "made to order" which means that as soon as you click "checkout" and finalise payment, we get the wheels rolling at the studio with cutting the item in your preferred size, making it and then shipping it directly to the address you entered in the checkout process.

This means an order can take from 3 - 7 working days to arrive on your doorstep, wrapped and ready to be worn.

Working days does not include weekend and public holidays. 

 

 

Can I return this item?

 

When purchasing from T_niche, we are always hoping that you would be satisfied with the product. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund you or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery of the item to you.

How does an exchange work?

 

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect size, we will exchange it to correct it.
